Account Valuation. For purposes of computing the Asset-based Fee on an Account, Sponsor will determine the value of your Account assets, which includes cash held in your Sweep Program, in good faith to reflect their estimated fair market value. You understand and acknowledge that Sponsor may rely on a third-party pricing service to make these valuation determinations. If a daily value is not available, the most recent valuation will be used.

Account Valuation. For purposes of calculating investment advisory fees, securities in the Account that are listed on a national securities exchange or on NASDAQ at the closing price will be valued on the valuation date, on the principal market where the securities are traded. Other securities or investments in the Account will be valued in a manner that AEWM and its service provider(s) believe in good faith reflects the fair market value.
Account Valuation. Manager will value the securities in the Account using independent pricing sources. All securities in the Account that are listed and traded on a national securities exchange or on NASDAQ shall be valued on the valuation date at the closing price on the principal market where the securities are traded. All other securities shall be valued in accordance with any reasonable valuation method selected by Manager, consistent with industry accepted practices. While Manager does its best to obtain representative market prices for all securities in the Account, such prices do not always reflect the price actually received or paid on the open market.
