Accrued Dividends definition
Examples of Accrued Dividends in a sentence
The Company may, at its option, redeem the shares of this Series in whole or in part, at any time and from time to time on or after the day that is one month after the Original Issue Date, at a cash redemption price equal to 100% of the Stated Amount, together (except as otherwise provided herein) with an amount equal to all Accrued Dividends to, but excluding, the redemption date.
As used in this paragraph, “full dividends” means, as to this Series and any Dividend Parity Stock that bears dividends on a cumulative basis, the amount of dividends that would need to be declared and paid to bring this Series and such Dividend Parity Stock current in dividends, including undeclared dividends for past dividend periods (that is, for this Series, full Accrued Dividends).
