Principal Exchange definition

Principal Exchange means, in respect of a Share, any stock exchange or quotation system on which such Share is listed. As of the date of this Information Statement, the Principal Exchange for each Share is as set forth under "Summary Information Regarding the Companies".
Principal Exchange means, in relation to the Underlying Index, any stock exchange or quotation system on which securities included in the Target Index are listed. As of the date of this Information Statement, the Principal Exchange is the Toronto Stock Exchange.
Principal Exchange means, in relation to the Index, any stock exchange or quotation system on which securities included in the Index are listed.

Principal Exchange means the principal stock exchange or public quotation system (determined on the basis of aggregate trading volume for the prior four months) on which the Units are listed;
