ACCESS OUTSIDE CERTAIN COUNTRIES. Although the Website is accessible worldwide, the Products and Related Services are only available to the countries listed below (“Target Country”) in which Zorachka supports the Products and Related Services. THE PRODUCTS CANNOT BE DELIVERED TO ANY COUNTRY OTHER THAN THE TARGET COUNTRY. You understand and accept that the Products and Related Services are not designed for use in a non-Target Country and that some, or all, of the features of the Products and Related Services may not work or be appropriate for use in such a country. Web-based information and applications must conform to New York State Enterprise IT Policy NYS-P08-005 as determined by quality assurance testing. Such quality assurance testing will be conducted by the State Agency Authorized User and the results of such testing must be satisfactory to the Authorized User before web-based information and applications will be considered a qualified deliverable under the contract or procurement.
