Acceptance of a Change Order Sample Clauses

Acceptance of a Change Order by Contractor constitutes a full accord and satisfaction for any and all claims and costs of any kind, whether direct or indirect, including but not limited to impact, delay, or acceleration damages arising from the subject matter of the Change Order. Each Change Order must be specific and final as to prices and extensions of time, with no reservations or other provisions allowing for future additional money or time as a result of the particular changes identified and fully compensated in the Change Order. The execution of a Change Order by Contractor constitutes conclusive evidence of Contractor’s agreement to the ordered changes in the Work. This Contract, as amended, forever releases any claim against Owner for additional time or compensation for matters relating to or arising out of or resulting from the Work included within or affected by the executed Change Order. This release applies to claims related to the cumulative impact of all Change Orders and to any claim related to the effect of a change on unchanged Work.

  • Acceptance of Work Upon Purchaser’s written request and assurance that work has been com- pleted, Forest Service shall perform an inspection within 5 days, excluding weekends and Federal holidays, so as not to delay unnecessarily the progress of Purchaser’s Operations.   • Acceptance of the Work 19.1 The Contractor shall correct any Work that fails to conform to the requirements of the Contract Documents where such failure to conform appears during the progress of the Work, and shall remedy any defects due to faulty permitting, design, materials, equipment or workmanship which appear within a period of one year from the Date of Final Settlement of the Contract or within such longer period of time as may be prescribed by law or by the terms of any applicable special guarantee required by the Contract Documents. The provisions of this Article apply to Work done by Subcontractors as well as to Work done by direct employees of the Contractor, and are in addition to any other remedies or warranties provided by law.

  • For Lump Sum Change Order The payment and extension of time (if any) provided by this Change Order constitutes compensation in full to the Contractor and its Subcontractors and Suppliers for all costs and markups directly and indirectly attributable to the Change Order herein, for all delays related thereto and for performance of changes within the time stated.

  • ACCEPTANCE OF DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING WORK 13.3.1 The State may accept defective or nonconforming Work pursuant to Paragraph 13.2.1
