Absence from Premises. Any complete absence by Concessionaire or its agents and employees from the Premises for thirty (30) consecutive days or longer. The Premises shall be deemed abandoned after State has followed the procedures set forth in Civil Code §1951.3.

Absence from Premises. Resident shall notify HMHPM in writing of any absences from the Premises in excess of fourteen (14) consecutive days. Resident shall make arrangements for a representative to have access to and take responsibility for the Premises and shall notify Owner of the name and contact information of such representative. Resident shall assume all liability for the representative’s behavior. Owner shall not be responsible for any damages resulting from Resident’s absence from the Premises due to Resident’s negligence, recklessness and/or intentional conduct. Additional provisions regarding absence from the Premises can be found in the Community Handbook.

Absence from Premises. It is agreed that Tenant will take reasonable and necessary precautions against freezing of the water pipes especially during holidays and to always keep the thermostat at 60 degrees F or above, even when gone for extensive breaks, and notify Landlord that the apartment will be vacant. Tenant acknowledges that he will be liable for any and all plumbing repair and resultant damage caused by freezing water pipes as a result of failure to comply with this provision.
Absence from Premises. Any abandonment, vacation, or discontinuance of use of the Premises, or any substantial portion thereof, by Concessionaire or its agents and employees from the Premises for thirty (30) consecutive days or longer, except when prevented by Force Majeure or when closed for renovations or repairs required to be made under this Contract. The Premises shall be deemed abandoned after County has followed the procedures set forth in Civil Code Section 1951.3.
Absence from Premises. For the benefit of the Resident and their family, it is recommended that the Resident notify the Landlord of any extended absence from the Premises.

Absence from Premises. Xxxxxx agrees that should the apartment be vacant for one or more days when freezing weather may occur, Lessee shall leave the heating system on with the thermostat set at 60 degrees and notify Lessor that the apartment will be vacant. Lessee acknowledges that Lessee will be liable for any and all plumbing repair and resultant damage caused by freezing water pipes as a result of failure to comply with this provision.

  • ABSENCE FROM WORK Subject to the trust deed to the fund of which an employee is a member, the following provisions will apply.

  • ABSENCE FROM DUTY Unless a provision of this agreement states otherwise (e.g. sick leave), an employee not attending for duty will lose their pay for the actual time of such non- attendance.

  • DAMAGE TO PREMISES In the event the Premises are destroyed or rendered wholly uninhabitable by fire, storm, earthquake, or other casualty not caused by the negligence of Tenant, this Agreement shall terminate from such time except for the purpose of enforcing rights that may have then accrued hereunder. Should a portion of the Premises thereby be rendered uninhabitable, the Landlord shall have the option of either repairing such injured or damaged portion or terminating this Lease. In the event that Landlord exercises its right to repair such uninhabitable portion, the rental shall xxxxx in the proportion that the injured parts bears to the whole Premises, and such part so injured shall be restored by Landlord as speedily as practicable, after which the full rent shall recommence and the Agreement continue according to its terms.
