(a) - Full-Time Vacation Entitlement, Qualifiers and Calculation of Payment. (The following clause is applicable to Full-Time employees only) An employee who has completed one (1) year but less than two (2) years of continuous service shall be entitled to two (2) weeks annual vacation, with pay. An employee who has completed two (2) years but less than five (5) years of continuous service shall be entitled to three (3) weeks annual vacation, with pay. An employee who has completed five (5) years but less than fifteen (15) years of continuous service shall be entitled to four (4) weeks annual vacation, with pay. An employee who has completed fifteen (15) years but less than twenty-five (25) years of continuous service shall be entitled to five(5) weeks annual vacation, with pay. An employee who has completed twenty-five (25) years or more of continuous service shall be entitled to six (6) weeks annual vacation, with pay. Vacation pay shall be calculated on the basis of the employee’s regular straight time rate of pay times their normal weekly hours of work, subject to the application of Article 9.04, Effect of Absence. Effective September 29, 2002 change six (6) week entitlement to after twenty- three (23) years of service. Effective September 29, 2003 Supplementary Vacation‌ The following supplementary vacation is banked on the employee’s anniversary date and taken prior to the next supplementary vacation date: An employee who has completed thirty (30) years of continuous service shall be entitled to an additional five (5) days vacation, with pay. An employee who has completed thirty-five (35) years of continuous service shall be entitled to an additional five (5) days vacation, with pay.

  • Entitlement to Annual Leave For each year of service with the Employer a full-time or part-time Employee is entitled to four (4) weeks of paid annual leave.

  • Definition of Regular Straight Time Rate of Pay The regular straight time rate of pay is that prescribed in wage schedule of the Collective Agreement.

  • Compensation for Holidays Falling Within Vacation Schedule If a paid holiday falls on or is observed during an employee's vacation period, he/she shall be allowed an additional vacation day with pay at a time mutually agreed upon by the Employer and employee.

  • Overtime Calculation For the purpose of overtime calculation only, approved or scheduled time off work will be considered the same as time worked.

  • PAYMENT TERMS/PRE-PAYMENT/QUANTITY DISOUNTS If discounts for accelerated payment, pre-payment, progress payment, or quantity discounts are offered, they must be clearly indicated in the Contractor’s submission prior to contract award. The applicability or acceptance of these terms is at the discretion of the Customer.

  • HOLIDAY COMPENSATION FOR TIME WORKED 126. Employees required by their respective appointing officers to work on any of the above specified or substitute holidays, excepting Fridays observed as holidays in lieu of holidays falling on Saturday, shall be paid extra compensation of one additional day's pay at time- and-one-half the usual rate in the amount of 12 hours pay for 8 hours worked or a proportionate amount for less than 8 hours worked provided, however, that at the employee's request and with the approval of the appointing officer, an employee may be granted compensatory time off in lieu of paid overtime as provided for elsewhere in this contract. 127. Executive, administrative and professional employees designated in the Annual Salary Ordinance with the "Z" symbol shall not receive extra compensation for holiday work but may be granted time off equivalent to the time worked at the rate of-one-and-one-half times for work on the holiday.

  • Payment for Unused Sick Leave a. An employee with less than ten (10) years of continuous University service, as defined herein, who separates from the University shall not be paid for any unused sick leave. For employees appointed on or before 1/7/03 University service includes continuous employment by the University or the State of Florida.

  • Payment for Working Overtime on a Holiday Where an employee is required to work authorized overtime in excess of his regularly scheduled hours on a paid holiday, such employee shall receive twice (2x) his regular straight time hourly rate for such authorized overtime.
