Outplacement Program. Upon the occurrence of an event of termination under paragraph 6(a), the Employee will immediately become entitled to participate in a six (6) month executive outplacement program provided by an executive outplacement service, at the Company’s expense not to exceed eight thousand dollars ($8,000).
Outplacement Program. If the Employee’s employment with the Company terminates as a result of an Involuntary Termination at any time within a Change of Control Protection Period, the Employee will immediately become entitled to participate in a twelve (12) month executive outplacement program provided by an executive outplacement service, at the Company’s expense not to exceed fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000).
Outplacement Program. Upon the occurrence of an event of termination under Section 7(a) for Good Reason only or under Section 7(b), Employee will be entitled to participate in a nine (9)-month executive outplacement program provided by an executive outplacement service selected by XOMA, at XOMA’s expense not to exceed $15,000 and paid directly to the outplacement service (the “Outplacement Services”). The Outplacement Services will commence after the Effective Date of the Release Agreement (as defined therein).

Employee will be entitled to participate in a twelve (12)-month executive outplacement program provided by an executive outplacement service selected by XOMA, at XOMA’s expense not to exceed $15,000 and paid directly to the outplacement service (the “Outplacement Services”). The Outplacement Services will commence after the Effective Date of the Release Agreement (as defined in Section 4(g) and therein).
Outplacement Program. A. The Employer will be diligent in providing employees with all placement opportunities available under law and regulation, to minimize the adverse impact on employees who are affected by the RIF.

Outplacement Program. The Employer will develop and implement a vigorous outplacement program for affected employees. Seminars will be held for affected employees interested in finding positions outside the Agency. This seminar will cover resume writing, interviewing, job markets, developing a job campaign, general career planning and information about the OPM Displaced Employee Program.
Outplacement Program. The Employer agrees that is a reduction in force occurs, an active Outplacement Program will be implemented in accordance with all Federal regulations, such as DoD Priority Placement Program, Displaced Employee Program, and Air Force Reemployment Priority Program to help reduce adverse impact of RIF. Employees will be counseled concerning priority placement and priority referral rights under applicable regulations.
