Appropriate Request definition

Appropriate Request means a request by a Participant in the form and manner provided by the Sponsoring Employer that is appropriate for the intended purpose. If the Sponsoring Employer and the Plan’s recordkeeper so agree, an Appropriate Request may be executed over the telephone or internet. To constitute an Appropriate Request, such request must be completed correctly and, if required to be in writing, duly executed and delivered to the Sponsoring Employer or its designated representative.

Examples of Appropriate Request in a sentence

  • A Participant who is a “party in interest” as defined in ERISA Section 3(14) may, by making an Appropriate Request, request a loan from the Trust Fund.

  • The Employer will cease making payroll reductions effective as soon as administratively possible after receipt of the Appropriate Request.

  • Advance Request means a request for an Advance submitted by Borrower to Lender in substantially the form of Exhibit A.

  • Draw Request Any request by the Borrower, pursuant to Section 2.2 of this Agreement, for a disbursement of any portion of the proceeds of the Loan.
