Project Preparation Advance definition

Project Preparation Advance is modified to read “Preparation Advance” and its definition is modified to read as follows:

Project Preparation Advance means the project preparation advance granted by the Association to the Borrower pursuant to an exchange of letters dated June 15, 1990 and June 21, 1990 between the Borrower and the Association;

Project Preparation Advance means the project preparation advance granted by the Association to the Recipient pursuant to the letter agreement signed on behalf of the Association on April 2, 2001 and on behalf of the Recipient on April 23, 2001.

Examples of Project Preparation Advance in a sentence

• The Recipient may withdraw the proceeds of the Financing in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the General Conditions and of this Section and such additional instructions as the Association shall specify by notice to the Recipient, to: (a) repay the Project Preparation Advance in accordance with Section 2.07 of the General Conditions; and (b) finance other Eligible Expenditures.

• The Recipient may withdraw the proceeds of the Financing in accordance with the provisions of this Section and such additional instructions as the Association shall specify by notice to the Recipient to: (a) repay the Project Preparation Advance in accordance with Section 2.07 of the General Conditions; and (b) finance Eligible Expenditures as set forth in the table in paragraph 2 below.

• The Recipient may withdraw the proceeds of the Financing in accordance with the provisions of this Section and such additional instructions as the Association may specify by notice to the Recipient to: (a) repay the Project Preparation Advance in accordance with Section 2.07 of the General Conditions; and (b) finance Eligible Expenditures as set forth in the table in paragraph 2 below.

• The Recipient may withdraw the proceeds of the Financing in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the General Conditions and of this Section and such additional instructions as the Association shall specify by notice to the Recipient, to (a) repay the Project Preparation Advance in accordance with Section 2.07 of the General Conditions; and (b) finance Eligible Expenditures as set forth in the table in paragraph 2 below.

• The Recipient may withdraw the proceeds of the Financing in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the General Conditions and of this Section and such additional instructions as the Association shall specify by notice to the Recipient, to (a) repay the Project Preparation Advance in accordance with Section 2.07 of the General Conditions; and (b) finance 100% of other Eligible Expenditures.

More Definitions of Project Preparation Advance

Project Preparation Advance means the advance referred to in Section 2.07 of the General Conditions, granted by the Association to the Recipient pursuant to the letter agreement signed on behalf of the Association on February 7, 2006 and on behalf of the Recipient on February 16, 2006.

Project Preparation Advance means the project preparation advance granted by the Association to the Borrower pursuant to an exchange of letters dated November 7, 1997 and November 25, 1997, and October 7, 1998 and October 22, 1998 respectively, between the Borrower and the Association;

Project Preparation Advance means the project preparation advance granted by the Bank to the Borrower pursuant to an exchange of letters dated September 3, 1993 (PPF Agreement Letter P220-UZB) between the Borrower and the Bank; and

Project Preparation Advance means the project preparation advance granted by the International Development Association (the Association) to the Borrower pursuant to the letter agreement signed on behalf of the Association on April 07, 2005 and on behalf of the Borrower on May 11, 2005;

Project Preparation Advance means the project preparation advance granted by the Association to the Borrower pursuant to a letter dated August 31,1992, from the Association and confirmed by the Borrower on September 21, 1992;

Project Preparation Advance means the project prepara- tion advances granted by the Association to the Borrower pursuant to an exchange of letters dated June 9, 1986; and June 30, 1986 and an exchange of letters dated March 22, 1987 and May 11, 1987 between the Borrower and the Association;

Project Preparation Advance means the project preparation advance granted by the Bank to the Borrower pursuant to the letter agreement signed on behalf of the Bank on November 15, 1994, and on behalf of the Borrower on December 13, 1994;
