Yearly Brand Plans definition

Yearly Brand Plans means the written Marketing plans (which shall include a detailed strategy and proposed timelines to be undertaken) describing the activities to be carried out by King during each applicable Calendar Year pursuant to the Collaboration Agreement. Each Yearly Brand Plan will be set forth in a written document prepared by King and reviewed by the JOC pursuant to Section 3.6 of the Collaboration Agreement, and a separate Yearly Brand Plan will be generated and approved with respect to each Product.   • Old Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 6.8(b).

  • Parent Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4(c).

  • New Plans shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.11(b).

  • Approved Plans means a stock option or similar plan for the benefit of employees or others which has been approved by the stockholders of the Acquiror.

  • Company Benefit Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.16(a).

  • Project Plans mean the plans for the Project that are attached to this Agreement as Exhibit “B.”

  • Seller Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.13(a).

  • Development Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Seller 401(k) Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6(e) below.

  • Parent 401(k) Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.6(e).

  • Buyer 401(k) Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.01(h).

  • Option Plans has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 2.5(b).

  • Plans means all maps, drawings, sketches and layout as incorporated in the Contract in order to define broadly the scope and specifications of the work & works and all reproductions thereof.

  • Statutory Plans means statutory benefit plans which a Party and any of its Subsidiaries are required to participate in or comply with, including any benefit plan administered by any federal or provincial government and any benefit plans administered pursuant to applicable health, tax, workplace safety insurance, and employment insurance legislation;

  • Company 401(k) Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.11(f).

  • Prior Plans means, collectively, the Company’s 2006 Long-Term Incentive Plan, as amended, 2009 Long-Term Incentive Plan, 2012 Long-Term Incentive Plan and 2013 Long-Term Incentive Plan. Awards granted under the Prior Plans continue to be governed under the terms of those Prior Plans.

  • Compensatory time off means authorized time off earned by or awarded to an employee to compensate in whole or in part for time worked in excess of the minimum work time required of that employee as a condition of his or her employment.

  • Company Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 4.10(a).

  • Company Equity Plans means any stock option, stock incentive, stock purchase or other equity compensation plan, sub-plan or non-plan agreement sponsored or maintained by the Company or any Subsidiary or controlled Affiliate of the Company or to which any such entity is a party.

  • Benefit Plans shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.13(a).

  • Welfare Plans shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.4.

  • Retirement Plans means the retirement income, supplemental executive retirement, excess benefits and retiree medical, life and similar benefit plans providing retirement perquisites, benefits and service credit for benefits at least as great in the aggregate as are payable thereunder prior to a Change in Control;

  • Health Plans means any and all individual and family health and hospitalization insurance and/or self-insurance plans, medical reimbursement plans, prescription drug plans, dental plans and other health and/or wellness plans.
