Xxxxxxx Stock Plans means the existing stock option and other stock-based compensation plans of Xxxxxxx designated as follows: Xxxxxxx Executive Stock Incentive Plan - 2006; Xxxxxxx Outside Director Stock Incentive Plan - 2006; Xxxxxxx Executive Stock Incentive Plan - 2010; Xxxxxxx Outside Director Stock Incentive Plan - 2014; and Xxxxxxx 2015 Incentive Plan.

  • Restricted Stock Unit means a bookkeeping entry representing an amount equal to the Fair Market Value of one Share, granted pursuant to Section 8. Each Restricted Stock Unit represents an unfunded and unsecured obligation of the Company.

  • Company Options means options to purchase shares of Company Common Stock.

  • Equity Awards will mean Executive’s outstanding stock options, stock appreciation rights, restricted stock units, performance shares, performance stock units and any other Company equity compensation awards.

  • Company Stock Option Plan means the Company's 1999 Stock Option Plan.

  • Company Option Plan means, either individually or collectively, the Company’s 2000 Employee Incentive Stock Option Plan and 2003 Employee Incentive Stock Option Plan.
