Parent Stock Plan definition

Parent Stock Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2(a).

Parent Stock Plan means the Parent’s 2018 Equity Incentive Plan, as amended and restated.

Parent Stock Plan means the Parent’s 2010 Stock Incentive Plan.

Examples of Parent Stock Plan in a sentence

• There are no Parent Ordinary Shares or Parent ADSs outstanding that are unvested or are subject to a repurchase option, risk of forfeiture or other condition under the Parent Stock Plan or any applicable restricted stock purchase agreement or other agreement with Parent.

• As of the close of business on November 1, 2013 (the “Parent Capitalization Date”), (i) 31,597,907 shares of Parent Common Stock were issued and outstanding, (ii) no shares of Parent Preferred Stock were issued and outstanding, (iii) no shares of Parent Common Stock were held by Parent in its treasury, (iv) no shares of Parent Preferred Stock were held by Parent in its treasury and (v) 2,527,833 shares of Parent Common Stock were reserved and available for issuance pursuant to the Parent Stock Plan.

Parent Stock Plan means the Parent Long-Term Incentive and Share Award Plan as amended and in effect from time to time.
