Xxxxxx Guarantee definition

Xxxxxx Guarantee means any remaining obligation of Borrower or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries, as contemplated in the Amended and Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement of CityCenter Holdings, LLC, to provide, and fund if necessary, any completion guarantee with respect to the Xxxxxx Component (as defined in the CityCenter Credit Agreement), as such obligation may be subsequently documented under one or more completion guarantees or other similar instruments.
