Swap Providers definition

Swap Providers means, collectively, the Asset Swap Providers, the Liability Swap Providers and the providers of any other swap agreements entered into in connection with the Programme;
Swap Providers means the Covered Bond Swap Provider and Interest Rate Swap Provider, and each a “Swap Provider”;
Swap Providers means, collectively, the Asset Swap Providers, the Liability Swap Providers and any other entity that may act as swap provider pursuant to a swap agreement entered into in the context of the Programme.

  • The benefit of the Security Instruments and of the provisions of this Agreement relating to any collateral securing the Secured Obligations shall also extend to and be available to the Secured Swap Providers in respect of the Secured Swap Agreements as set forth herein.

Swap Providers means, collectively, Fortis Bank NV/SA, New York Branch, HBOS Treasury Services plc, and NIBC Bank N.V., and in the singular means any one of them.
Swap Providers means each of the Current Issuer Basis Rate Swap Provider, the Current Issuer Dollar Currency Swap Provider and the Current Issuer Euro Currency Swap Provider, or any one of them as the context requires;
Swap Providers means the Covered Bond Swap Providers and the Interest Rate Swap Provider, and each, a Swap Provider; Swaps means the Covered Bond Swaps together with the Interest Rate Swap, and each, a Swap; Talonholders means the several persons who are for the time being holders of the Talons; Talons means the talons (if any) appertaining to, and exchangeable in accordance with the provisions therein contained for further Coupons appertaining to, the Definitive Covered Bonds (other than Zero Coupon Covered Bonds), such talons being substantially in the form set out in Part 6 of Schedule 2 to the Trust Deed or in such other form as may be agreed between the Issuer, the Principal Paying Agent, the Bond Trustee and the relevant Dealer(s) and includes any replacements for Talons issued pursuant to Condition 10 (Replacement of Covered Bonds, Receipts, Coupons and Talons) of the Programme Conditions; TARGET System means, in accordance with Condition 4.5(a)(ii) of the Programme Conditions (in the case of Covered Bonds which are not N Covered Bonds) and the N Covered Bond Conditions (in the case of N Covered Bonds), the Trans-European Automated Real-Time Gross Settlement Express Transfer payment system (TARGET2), which utilises a single shared platform and which was launched on 19 November 2007; Taxes means all present and future taxes, levies, imposts, duties (other than stamp duty), fees, deductions, withholdings or charges of any nature whatsoever and wheresoever imposed, including, without limitation, income tax, corporation tax, VAT or other tax in respect of added value and any franchise, transfer, sales, gross receipts, use, business, occupation, excise, personal property, real property or other tax imposed by any national, local or supranational taxing or fiscal authority or agency together with any penalties, fines or interest thereon and Tax and Taxation shall be construed accordingly;
Swap Providers each has the meaning given to that term in the Facility Agreement.
