Workplace Delegate definition

Workplace Delegate means a workplace delegate for a Zone;
Workplace Delegate is a Staff Member who is a member of a Union and is elected by other members of that Union to represent Staff at the workplace.

Failing resolution, an employee may follow the process set out in the Complaint, Grievance and Arbitration procedure in Article 8 of the Collective Agreement. The employee shall be encouraged by both parties to exhaust these processes prior to filing a complaint with the Ontario Human Rights Commission.

  • Workplace violence means any incident in which an employee is abused, threatened or assaulted during the course of his or her employment, and includes but is not limited to all forms of harassment, bullying, intimidation and intrusive behaviours of a physical or emotional nature.

  • Environmental and Social Management Framework or “ESMF” means an instrument satisfactory to the Association, prepared and adopted by the Recipient and dated February 5, 2010 outlining the process for management of the environmental and social aspects of the Project as the same may be amended from time to time with the Association’s prior written concurrence.

  • Contractor Project Manager means the employee identified in a Statement of Work as the Contractor project manager.

  • Union Delegate means an Employee elected by Union members and endorsed by the Union to represent the interests of Union members. All parties to this Agreement shall be notified as soon as practicable after the election of a Union Delegate. Union or CFMEU means The Construction, Forestry, Maritime, Mining and Energy Union (Queensland Northern Territory Construction and General Divisional Branch).

  • Subordinate joint force commander means a sub-unified commander or joint task force commander.

  • Environmental and Social Management Plan or “ESMP” means a site-specific environmental and social management plan to be prepared in accordance with the parameters laid down in the ESMF and acceptable to the Association, setting forth a set of mitigation, monitoring, and institutional measures to be taken during the implementation and operation of the Project activities to eliminate adverse environmental and social impacts, offset them, or reduce them to acceptable levels, and including the actions needed to implement these measures.

  • Project Management The individuals appointed by each Party cf. clause 4.1 in the Agreement.

  • PJM Liaison means the liaison established under Tariff, Attachment M, section III.I.

  • Delegate means any delegate, agent, attorney or co-trustee appointed by the Security Agent.

  • Wildlife officer means any individual authorized by a participating state to issue a citation for a wildlife violation.

  • Project Manager means the principal employee or agent of the Recipient having administrative authority over the Project designated in Appendix B pursuant to Section VI hereof, or authorized designee as per written notification to the Director.

  • Contractor Personnel means Contractor’s employees and subcontractors (as well as any employees or subcontractors of those subcontractors) performing the Services.
