Works definition

Works means work to be done by the Contractor under the Contract.
Works means the sewage works described in the Owner's application, this Certificate and in the supporting documentation referred to herein, to the extent approved by this Certificate.
Works means any or all the works whether Supply, Installation, Construction etc. and design (if any) to be performed by the Contractor including temporary works and any variation thereof.

  • Consultant will cooperate fully with the Company, both during and after his or her engagement with the Company, with respect to the procurement, maintenance and enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights related to the Works.

  • If any Works (or any Intellectual Property Right in or related to such Works or that claim or cover such Works) do not qualify for treatment as “works made for hire,” or if Consultant retains any interest therein for any other reason, Consultant hereby assigns and transfers, and will assign and transfer, to the Company all ownership and interest in such Works and any and all Intellectual Property Rights in and to such Works or that claim or cover any such Works.
