Works means the sewage works described in the Owner's application, this Certificate and in the supporting documentation referred to herein, to the extent approved by this Certificate.

• In order to most effectively accomplish the objectives of this Agreement, Owner intends to form a cohesive, cooperative, and collaborative culture with EPCM and the Works Contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective, safe and quality construction of the Project.

• The EPCM will make available and coordinate its Personnel, and the Personnel of Works Contractors, who will be performing Services or Works on the Site for completion of Owner’s initial Site access requirements.
