Work or Works means all or any of the items of the work for which the Tenderer / Contractor has tendered / contracted according to the specification, and annexures hereto annexed or to be implied there from or incidental thereto or to be hereafter specified or required in such explanatory instructions being in conformity with the original specifications, annexures and schedules and also such instructions additional to the aforementioned as may from time to time be issued by the Director General RDSO through Executive Director (Testing) & Director Testing/Labs during the progress of the contracted work.

Work or Works. – shall mean all or any of the items of the work for which the Contractor has tendered according to the specifications, drawings and schedules hereto annexed or to be implied therefrom or incidental thereto or to be hereafter specified or required in such explanatory instructions and drawings being in conformity with the said original specification, drawings and schedules and also such instructions and drawings, additional to the aforementioned, as may from time to time during the progress of the work hereby contracted, be supplied by the Senior Divisional Signal and Telecommunication Engineer, South Eastern Railway or his representative.

Work or Works means the works to be executed or done under this contract. "Act of Insolvency" shall mean any act as such as defined by the Presidency Town Insolvency Act or in Provincial Insolvency Act or any amending statutes.
