Wildlife rehabilitator definition

Wildlife rehabilitator means a person authorized to capture, receive, temporarily possess, transport or transfer orphaned, sick or injured wildlife for the purpose of wildlife reha- bilitation under a valid license issued pursuant to this subchapter.

Wildlife rehabilitator means a person who con- ducts wildlife rehabilitation and possesses a current wildlife rehabilitator permit from the department.

Wildlife rehabilitator means a person licensed as a wildlife rehabilitator by the division.
