Permit Holder definition
Permit Holder means the Person to whom a Building Permit has been issued.
Permit Holder means the owner to whom a permit has been issued or where a permit has been transferred, the new owner to whom the permit has been transferred.
Permit Holder means the Person that holds a current and valid Permit issued under this Ordinance.
