Warrant Note definition

Warrant Note means the Borrower’s note dated December 31 2008, delivered pursuant to the Warrant Agreement.
Warrant Note has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.5(a) of this Agreement.
Warrant Note means that certain non-interest bearing, subordinated promissory note issued by Waste-Quip Manufacturing Company, an Ohio corporation, to Holder in the principal amount of $3,200,000.

Warrant Note shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3 of this Agreement.
