Debenture definition

Debenture means debenture stock, mortgages, bonds and any other such securities of the Company whether constituting a charge on the assets of the Company or not.
Debenture or “Debentures” has the meaning stated in the first recital of this Indenture.
Debenture and “Debenture Holder” means and includes respectively “debenture stock” and “debenture stockholder”;
