Video Device definition

Video Device. A copy of the Picture embodied in a cassette, cartridge, phonogram, video disc, tape, or other similar device, now or hereafter known or devised, designed to be used in conjunction with a reproduction apparatus that causes the Picture to be visible on the screen of a standard consumer television receiver or comparable device, now or hereafter known or devised, which is located in a private living accommodation.
