Operational Service Date definition

Operational Service Date or “Service Start Date” means, for each Service, the date on which that Service is (a) that Service is accepted in accordance with the acceptance procedures set out in the Service Schedule, or (b) if no acceptance procedures are agreed in the Service Schedule, that Service is first made available to the Customer.
Operational Service Date means the date on which any Service or part of a Service is first made available to Customer by BT or the date when Customer first starts to use such Service (or part of the Service), whichever date is earlier.
Operational Service Date or “OSD” means the date on which any Service or part of a Service is first made available to the Customer by BT.

Examples of Operational Service Date in a sentence

  • Charging will begin on the Operational Service Date or as otherwise set out in the Service Order or Service Description.

  • Except where specified otherwise in the Service Order or the Service Specific Terms, the Services will be provided for a Minimum Service Period of 12 months from the Operational Service Date.

  • The Customer may cancel the Services at any time before the Operational Service Date.


More Definitions of Operational Service Date

Operational Service Date means the date when the Service is first made available to the Customer or the date when the Customer first starts to use the Service, whichever is the earlier.
