Verbal Procedure. An employee with an alleged grievance shall discuss the matter with his/her immediate supervisor. If requested by the employee, s/ he may have his/her xxxxxxx present. If the complaint is not satisfactorily settled, it may be advanced according to the written procedure.

Examples of Verbal Procedure in a sentence

  • If the complaint is not satisfactorily resolved in the Verbal Procedure, the complaint shall be reduced to a written grievance and presented to the Department Director or the highest ranking supervisor in charge of the employee within fifteen (15) days following the occurrence or knowledge of the occurrence of the events giving rise to the complaint.
