Variation Procedure definition

Variation Procedure means the procedure set out in Clause 22.1 (Variation Procedure);
Variation Procedure means the procedure set out in clause 37;
Variation Procedure means the procedure set out in Clause 26 (Variation Procedure);

  • Any change to the Call Off Contract Charges shall then be subject to the Variation Procedure.

  • The adoption of any such new or emergent standard, or changes to existing Standards, shall be agreed in accordance with the Variation Procedure.
