Vehicle Condition and Return a) You acknowledge the Vehicle was delivered to You by Xxxxxx in good operating condition and with the seal of the odometer unbroken. You agree to return the Vehicle in the same condition (except ordinary wear and tear) to the location specified in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A (the "Return Location") and on the date and time specified in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A (the "Return Date” and “Return Time") or earlier if demanded by Xxxxxx.

You agree to return the Vehicle inthe same condition (except ordinary wear and tear) to the location and on the date and time specified in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A (the "Due-In Location") and on the date and time specified in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A (the "Due-In Time") or earlier is demanded by Star RV.
Vehicle Condition and Return. 1.1 The Vehicle is delivered to you in clean, mechanically sound and good operating condition and with the seal of the odometer, and vehicle computer unbroken and unviolated (as agreed to by You upon Your collection of the Vehicle). You agree to return the Vehicle in the same condition (except for ordinary wear and tear, as deemed by the Company, NOT INCLUDING WINDSCREEN DAMAGE) together with all tools, tyres, accessories and equipment to the location specified on Page 1 and on the date specified on Page 1 (or sooner, if demanded by the Company). The Company may take possession of the Vehicle without demand and at Your expense, if it is illegally parked, used in violation of the law or of this Agreement, if paid rental period as specified on Page 1 has expired, or if it is apparently abandoned. If the seal of the odometer of the Vehicle is broken, the Hirer (persons responsible) will be reported to the appropriate authority and will be responsible for extra charges based 500 kilometres per day at $0.55 per kilometre and any repair or replacement costs.
Vehicle Condition and Return. 11.1 The Renter must return the Vehicle to the Owner at the Designated Return Location on or before the time and date agreed between the Owner and the Renter.

The Company may take possession of the vehicle without prior demand to You and at your expense if there has been a breach of any Terms or Conditions of this agreement or if the vehicle is illegally parked, used in violation of the law or is apparently abandoned. If the seal of the odometer is broken, or otherwise tampered with, the hirer will be responsible for not only an extra charge based on 500 kms per day at AU$1 per kilometre, but also for any cost of repairing or replacing the odometer. NOTE: If there is to be any extension of the period of hire beyond that stated in the Rental Agreement, the Company must be notified, and it must agree to such extension in writing, otherwise the Vehicle will be immediately reported to the police as stolen.
