Common use of Vehicle Condition and Return Clause in Contracts

Vehicle Condition and Return. (a) You acknowledge the Vehicle was delivered to You by Hippie Camper in good operating condition and with the seal of the odometer unbroken. You agree to return the Vehicle without alteration or addition to the Vehicle and in the same condition (except for ordinary wear and tear) together with all tools, tyres, accessories and equipment to the Return Location on the Return Date specified in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A or sooner if demanded by Hippie Camper.

You agree to return the Vehicle without alteration or addition to the Vehicle and in the same condition (except for ordinary wear and tear) together with all tools, tyres, accessories and equipment to the Return Location on the Return Date location specified in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A (‘the Nominated Location’) on the date there specified or sooner sooner, if demanded by Hippie Camper.
