Extra Charges definition

Extra Charges mean either a one-off or recurring charge that may be levied on Customer for matters specified in the applicable Service Schedule which are in addition to the Charges;
Extra Charges means the extra charges payable in consideration for the additional services and amenities requested by you, as set forth in Section 2 of this Agreement.

Extra Charges. No additional charges of any kind, including charges for boxing, packing, transportation, or other extras will be allowed unless specifically agreed to in writing by an authorized agent of the University. Invoice: Seller is to render invoices as instructed on the face of this purchase order, or follow the provisions previously agreed to between University and Seller. "Health Center Care Ser- vices" refers to the scope of services that may be provided in the Health Center, including assisted living care, memory care, rehabilitative care and nursing care.
Extra Charges means all other Charges and Deposits that’ the purchaser/s shall be required to make in addition to the agreed purchase consideration.
