Use Week definition

Use Week means one of the numbered one (1)-week periods commencing at Check in Time (no earlier than 4:00 p.m.) and ending at Check out Time (no later than 11:00 a.m.) as designated on the Use Week Calendar.
Use Week means one of the numbered one-year periods commencing on Check-In Time on Friday and ending on Check-Out Time on the following Friday as designated in the Use Week Calendar.
Use Week means a period of up to seven (7) days commencing on check-in time on a Sunday through Friday, and ending upon check-out time on the eighth corresponding day as shown on the Use Week Calendar.

Examples of Use Week in a sentence

  • Consequently, it is agreed that a $50 fee will be assessed for any requests more than 30 days prior to the start date of the Use Week.

  • It is agreed that it would be impractical and/or extremely difficult to fix or establish the actual damage sustained as a result of termination more than 30 days prior to the occupancy date for the Use Week that is the subject of this Agreement.

  • The BPA is a valuable organizational and diagnostic tool, which has become a source of greater transparency, improved efficiency and greater capacity to innovate.

  • If Use Week falls within two (2) separate monthly periods, then two (2) separate checks will be sent within sixty (60) days of interval rented.

  • Rental Agreements will be accepted up to 13 months in advance of the occupancy date for the Use Week to be rented.


More Definitions of Use Week

Use Week means one of the 7-day periods commencing at Check-In Time on a Friday/Saturday and ending at Check-Out Time on the following Friday/Saturday designated in the Use Week Calendar.

  • Work week means a seven (7) consecutive day week that consistently begins and ends on the same days throughout the year; i.e. Sunday through Saturday, Wednesday through Tuesday, Friday through Thursday.

  • Calendar Week means any period of seven days starting with the same day as the first day of the First Assignment;

  • Service Animal means an animal that is required by a person with a disability for assistance and is certified, in writing, as having been trained by a professional service animal institution to assist a person with a disability and which is properly harnessed in accordance with standards established by a professional service animal institution.

  • Product Schedule means PTC’s standard order form entitled “PTC Product Schedule” (including all schedules, attachments and other document(s) specifically referenced therein) or such alternative order form as may be submitted by Customer and accepted by PTC, in each case that specifies (i) the Licensed Products and/or Services ordered; and (ii) for Licensed Products, the installation address (including the Designated Country) and the Licence Term.

  • Unplanned Service Interruption means any Service Interruption where events or circumstances prevent the timely communication of prior warning or notice to the Trader or any affected Customer;

  • Licensed service area means the geographic area in which the home service provider is authorized by law or contract to provide commercial mobile radio service to the customer.

Planned Downtime shall not exceed 5 hours per month. Conga will endeavor to give at least 24 hours’ notice before Planned Downtime except for urgent circumstances (e.g., a system failure or security threat). Planned Downtime occurs from 10:00 p.m. Friday through 1:00 p.m. Sunday, Mountain Time.

  • Cloud Service Order Form means all written order forms or other ordering documentation for Cloud Services entered into by SAP, or a SAP SE Affiliate or a reseller of SAP SE or an SAP SE Affiliate, and Prime Contractor.
