Undelivered Product Value definition

Undelivered Product Value means the lesser of the (a) cost or (b) current market value of Product purchased by the Borrower under the Letters of Credit but which has not been physically delivered to the Borrower. Undelivered Product Value cannot simultaneously be included in an Eligible Exchange Receivable.
Undelivered Product Value means an amount equal to the undrawn face amount of all Qualifying Supplier Letters of Credit for which the gas or electricity has not yet been physically delivered to a Borrower, and which, in the case of natural gas, will become Eligible Inventory upon delivery to a Borrower or will result in an Eligible Account Receivable or Eligible Exchange Receivable upon delivery to a Person other than a Borrower. Values included in this category, Undelivered Product Value, cannot simultaneously be included in other Borrowing Base categories.
Undelivered Product Value means the lesser of the (a) cost or (b) current market value of Product (as referenced by a published source acceptable to all the Banks in their sole discretion) purchased by a Co-Borrower under the Letters of Credit which has not been physically delivered to such Co-Borrower. Undelivered Product Value cannot simultaneously be included in an Eligible Exchange Receivable, and in no event shall the value of any Letter of Credit Issued in favor of a pipeline company for transportation services or a Letter of Credit Issued to support payments owed to counterparties under swap contracts be included in this definition.

  • Covered Product The consumer product that You purchased concurrently with and is covered by this Agreement.

  • Covered Products means Your Applications, Libraries, Passes, Safari Extensions, Safari Push Notifications, and/or FPS implementations developed under this Agreement.

  • Recycled product means a product containing recovered material, or post-consumer recovered material, or both.

  • Manufactured products means items and construction materials composed in whole or in part of non-ferrous metals such as aluminum; plastics and polymer-based products such as polyvinyl chloride pipe; aggregates such as concrete; glass, including optical fiber; and lumber.

  • Finished Products means any one or more of the following petroleum oils, or a mixture or combination of these oils, to be used without further processing except blending by mechanical means:

  • Product Backlog means a list of those Stories that do not form part of the current Sprint Plan at that time and which are to form the subject of a future Sprint, either in the current Release at that time or a subsequent Release;

  • Replacement Product means electric generating capacity, capacity-related benefits, environmental attributes, Energy or other electric products from a generation resource other than the Facility that are provided or delivered to replace or substitute for Contract Capacity or Storage Capacity (or any Capacity-Related Benefit, Environmental Attribute, Other Electric Product, Contract Energy, or Storage Energy associated therewith), in each case, in whole or in part, pursuant to Section 4.6.

  • Manufactured end product means any end product in product and service codes (PSCs) 1000-9999, except—

  • Combination Product means (a) a product containing a Licensed Product together with one or more other active ingredients that have independent biologic or chemical activity when present alone that are sold as a single unit, or (b) a Licensed Product together with one or more products, devices, pieces of equipment or components thereof, that are sold as a single package at a single price.

  • Alternative nicotine product means any vaping product, whether or not it includes nicotine, including electronic smoking devices, that can be ingested into the body by chewing, smoking, absorbing, dissolving, inhaling, or by any other means. ‘Alternative nicotine product’ does not include:

  • Generic Product means a product which (a) contains as its active pharmaceutical ingredient a compound that is (or is substantially the same as) the Licensed Compound or the active pharmaceutical contained in a Unity Bcl-2 [***] Product, and (b) has been placed on the market pursuant to a validly granted marketing authorization.

  • Defective Product has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.

  • House dust mite product means a product whose label, packaging, or accompanying literature states that the product is suitable for use against house dust mites, but does not indicate that the product is suitable for use against ants, cockroaches, or other household crawling arthropods.

  • Approved Product means any water fitting, plumbing product, material or component which is the subject of an existing WRAS Approval;

  • Combination Products means any product containing both a pharmaceutically active agent or ingredient which constitutes a Licensed Product and one or more other pharmaceutically active agents or ingredients which do not constitute Licensed Products.

  • Investment product means a financial instrument (within the meaning of Article 4(1)(15) of MiFID II) or a structured deposit (within the meaning of Article 4(1)(43) of MiFID II).

  • Product Inventory means all inventory owned as of the Closing by Seller or any Affiliate thereof of finished Product that is in conformance with the Specifications and has an expiration date of October 1, 2016 or later, regardless of whether such inventory is held at a location or facility of Seller or any Affiliate (or of any other Person on behalf of Seller or any Affiliate, including in any of Seller’s warehouses, manufacturers, suppliers, distributors or consignees) or in transit to or from Seller or any Affiliate (or any such other Person).

  • Excluded Products means the items described on the applicable restricted products per country, any other applicable Program Policy, or any other information made available to you by LINIO.

  • Drug sample means a unit of a prescription drug that is not intended to be sold and is intended to promote the sale of the drug.

  • Therapeutically equivalent drug products means drug products that contain the same active ingredients and are identical in strength or concentration, dosage form, and route of administration and that are classified as being therapeutically equivalent by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration pursuant to the definition of "therapeutically equivalent drug products" set forth in the most recent edition of the Approved Drug Products with Therapeutic Equivalence Evaluations, otherwise known as the "Orange Book."

  • Drug Product means a specific drug in dosage form from a known source of manufacture, whether

  • Product means any deliverable under the Contract, which may include commodities, services, technology or software.
