UMB Personnel definition

UMB Personnel. The following individuals to the extent that they use UMB resources and are subject to UMB intellectual property policies (including any prior or future policy): The PI; UMB faculty members; research fellows; students; technicians; scientists; trainees; and/or other individuals working under the supervision or direction of the PI on the Project Work. “UMB Personnel” will also include independent contractors, consultants, agents, and representatives of UMB, when those individuals are acting in those capacities.
UMB Personnel. Inventors while they are employed by UMB; and UMB employees, faculty members, students, trainees, and other individuals working under the supervision or direction of Inventors and using UMB resources and who are subject to the USM IP Policy.

  • If the test results indicate a leakage rate that exceeds the specified leakage rate the contractor and UMB Personnel shall survey all joints for audible leaks.

  • Subrecipient agrees that UMB Personnel will be permitted to present the methods of the scope of work and the Research Data at symposia and professional meetings, and to publish in journals, theses, dissertations, or other publications or presentations of their own choosing in accordance with this Section 3.

  • UMB will request that UMB Personnel furnish Subrecipient a copy of any proposed publication or presentation at least 30 days in advance of the submission of such proposed publication or presentation to a journal, editor, or other third party.

  • UMB Personnel will be required to participate in periodic training concerning this code and related policies and laws.

  • This Agreement is not intended to create, and does not create, enforceable legal rights as a third party beneficiary or through any other legal theory on the part of any UMB Personnel, or any other Person, except as otherwise provided by Section 3.3 (Sublicenses) and Section 13.4 (Indemnification by Company).

  • If necessary during the Term, UMB Personnel may meet with representatives of Sponsor at times and places mutually agreed upon to discuss the progress and results of the Project Work, as well as ongoing plans, or any changes in the Project Work.

  • It is UMB’s responsibility to educate UMB Personnel concerning this code and related policies and laws.

  • TEC-COM shall request UMB Personnel to delay written publication or public disclosure up to a maximum of [**] days after the date Company receives the materials to enable TEC-COM to file, at Company’s expense, any patent applications recommended by Company.

Related to UMB Personnel

  • Local Personnel means such professionals and support staff who at the time of being so provided had their domicile inside the Government’s country.

  • School personnel means professional employee or professional’s delegate of the school district who provides health, educational, social, psychological, law enforcement, or child care services.

  • Supplier Personnel means Supplier’s employees, consultants, agents, independent contractors and Subcontractors.

  • Company Personnel means any current or former officer, employee, director or consultant of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Supportive personnel means unlicensed individuals who:

  • Medical personnel means those persons assigned, by a Party to the conflict, exclusively to the medical purposes enumerated under subparagraph (e) or to the administration of medical units or to the operation or administration of medical transports. Such assignments may be either permanent or temporary. The term includes:

  • Educational personnel means persons who must meet requirements pursuant to state law as a condition of employment in educational programs.

  • Contractor Personnel means Contractor’s employees and subcontractors (as well as any employees or subcontractors of those subcontractors) performing the Services.

  • Personnel means persons hired by the Consultant or by any Subconsultant as employees and assigned to the performance of the Services or any part thereof;

  • Provider Personnel means all persons employed or engaged by the Provider together with the Provider’s servants, agents, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, Provider’s and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement;

  • Vendor Personnel means employees, agents, independent contractors, or any other staff or personnel acting on behalf of or at the direction of Vendor or any Vendor Contractor performing or providing Services or Deliverables under this Agreement.

  • Company's Personnel means the personnel to be provided by OIL or OIL's Contractor (other than the Contractor executing the Contract). The Company representatives of OIL are also included in the Company's personnel.

  • Support personnel means the staffs that support the Key Personnel.

  • Qualified personnel means personnel who meet the statutory or regulatory qualifications for each respective profession currently applicable in this state.

  • Trained personnel means knowledgeable in the following through instruction and/or practice:

  • Expatriate Personnel means such persons who at the time of being so hired had their domicile outside India;

  • Purchaser Personnel means the Purchasers’, and each Purchaser’s Affiliates’, officers, directors (or their equivalent), employees, agents, and contractors of any kind.

  • Contractor's Personnel means the personnel to be provided by the Contractor to provide services as per the contract.

  • Key Personnel means those persons named in the Specification as being key personnel.

  • Service Provider Personnel means and refers to Service Provider employees or subcontractors hired and maintained to perform Services hereunder.

  • Senior Management Personnel means personnel of the company who are members of its core management team excluding Board of Directors. Normally, this would comprise all members of management one level below the executive directors, including all functional heads.

  • Covered Personnel means any Person who is or was an employee, consultant or independent contractor of the Covered Parties as of the date of the relevant act prohibited by this Section 2(a) or during the one (1) year period preceding such date.

  • Resident Personnel means such persons who at the time of being so hired had their domicile inside India;

  • Specified Personnel means the personnel specified in the Contract to provide the Services.

  • HSP’s Personnel and Volunteers means the Controlling Shareholders (if any), directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers and other representatives of the HSP. In addition to the foregoing, HSP’s Personnel and Volunteers shall include the contractors and subcontractors and their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers or other representatives;
