TSR Index definition

TSR Index mean the Rxxxxxx 2000 Index as maintained by FTSE International Limited and Fxxxx Xxxxxxx Company (FTSE Rxxxxxx) or their successor(s). If the Rxxxxxx 2000 Index ceases to be maintained or reported upon prior to the end of the relevant performance period, the Board may, at its discretion and acting in good faith, designate another index or group of companies to serve as a comparator group for the TSR Modifier as laid out in Section 3.2(b). Any companies that drop out of the Rxxxxxx 2000 Index during the relevant performance period set forth in this Agreement shall be excluded, as determined by the Board in its discretion and acting in good faith.
TSR Index means the following companies (subject to adjustment in accordance with the calculation of the Company’s Rank): KB Home; Meritage Homes; Hovnanian Enterprises; MDC Holdings; Beazer Homes USA; M/I Homes; Century Communities; LGI Homes; The New Home Company; TRI Pointe Group; Green Brick Partners; and Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx.

Examples of TSR Index in a sentence

  • TSR for the Company and each other entity in the TSR Index shall be determined in accordance with the following formula.

  • If the Company’s Percentile equals the Percentile achieved by a Rank of one in the TSR Index, the Payout Percentage shall be 200%.

  • Achievement of the performance goal will be determined by the percentile rank of the Company’s TSR relative to the TSR of each other company in the TSR Index (as expressed by the Company Percentile).

  • Index TSR Index TSR means (i) the sum of the Apartment TSR and Single Family Home TSR divided by (ii) two.

  • TSR for the Company and each other entity in the TSR Index shall be determined in accordance with the following formula: TSR shall be calculated by dividing (a) the Closing Average Share Value by (b) the Opening Average Share Value, expressed as a percentage.

  • Compensation expense for equity-settled stock options awarded under the LTIP, LTIP2, LTIP3 and LTIP4 (as defined in note 25) is measured at the fair value at the grant date using the Black-Scholes valuation model for the EPS and EPS CAGR Tranches (as defined in note 25) and the Monte Carlo model for the TSR Tranches, including TSR Peer and TSR Index Tranches (as defined in note 25).

  • The performance goal applicable to the PSUs will be the TSR of the Company relative to the companies in the TSR Index, as measured over the applicable Performance Period.

  • The Company’s “Rank” will be determined by the Company’s position within the ranking of each company in the TSR Index (including the Company) in descending order based on their respective TSRs (with the highest TSR having a Rank of one).

  • If the Company TSR over the TSR Performance Period is equal to: Or greater than Index TSR plus 100 percentage points Index TSR Index TSR minus 50 percentage points Less than Index TSR minus 50 percentage points * Except as noted in the table, to the extent that the Company TSR as compared to the Index TSR is between two thresholds, the percentage of the Target Performance Shares that shall vest and become Earned Shares shall be determined by the use of straight-line interpolation.

  • SOFR Index means, with respect to any U.S. Government Securities Business Day:

  • SOFR IndexEnd means the SOFR Index value on the day which is five U.S. Government Securities Business Days preceding the Interest Payment Date relating to such Interest Period (or in the final Interest Period, the Maturity Date).

  • CPI Index means the United States Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers, U.S. City Average, “All Items” (1982-84 = 100), or any successor index thereof as such successor index may be appropriately adjusted to establish substantial equivalence with the Consumer Price Index; provided that if the Consumer Price Index ceases to be published and there is no successor thereto, such other index as the Company shall designate in writing to the Trustee shall be substituted for the Consumer Price Index.

  • SIFMA Index means the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association Municipal Swap Index, produced by Municipal Market Data, or if such index is not published, then such other index selected by the Treasurer which reflects the yield of tax-exempt seven-day variable rate demand bonds.

  • SOFR IndexStart means the SOFR Index value on the day which is two U.S. Government Securities Business Days preceding the first date of the relevant Interest Period (an "Index Determination Date"); and

  • CMT Index Not applicable.

  • Base Index means the most recent Consumer Price Index published immediately prior to the Commencement Date.

  • Final Index Level : means the Closing Level of the FTSE 100 Index on the Investment End Date.

  • Base Index Figure means (subject to Condition 4.3(i)) the base index figure as specified in the relevant Final Terms;

  • Final Index Price means the average of the Index Prices for the 20 consecutive full trading days ending on the trading day prior to the Determination Date.

  • LIBOR Index means the British Bankers Association's (BBA) one (1) month LIBOR Rate for United States Dollar deposits, as displayed on the LIBOR Index Page used to establish the LIBOR Index Rate.

  • Index Group means the NASDAQ Bank Index.

  • SOFR Index Cessation Date means, in respect of a SOFR Index Cessation Event, the date on which the FRBNY (or any successor administrator of the SOFR), ceases to publish the SOFR, or the date as of which the SOFR may no longer be used.

  • Initial Index Level means the closing level of the FTSE 100 on the Start Date.

  • OBFR Index Cessation Date means, in respect of an OBFR Index Cessation Event, the date on which the FRBNY (or any successor administrator of the OBFR), ceases to publish the OBFR, or the date as of which the OBFR may no longer be used.

  • Reference Index means each of the indices comprising the Reference Portfolio.

  • Peer Group means the group of companies, as more particularly set forth on attached Exhibit A, against which the Relative Total Shareholder Return of the Company is measured over the Incentive Period.

  • Successor Index means any substitute index approved by the Calculation Agent as a Successor Index pursuant to Section 3 hereof.

  • Initial Index Price means the sum of each per share closing price of the common stock of each company comprising the Index Group multiplied by the applicable weighting, as such prices are reported on the consolidated transactions reporting system for the market or exchange on which such common stock is principally traded, on the trading day immediately preceding the public announcement of the Agreement.

  • TSR means, for each of the Company and the Peer Companies, the company’s total shareholder return, expressed as a percentage, which will be calculated by dividing (i) the Closing Average Share Value by (ii) the Opening Average Share Value and subtracting one from the quotient.

  • Treasury Index Rate means the average yield to maturity for actively traded marketable U.S. Treasury fixed interest rate securities having the same number of 30-day periods to maturity as the length of the applicable Dividend Period, determined, to the extent necessary, by linear interpolation based upon the yield for such securities having the next shorter and next longer number of 30-day periods to maturity treating all Dividend Periods with a length greater than the longest maturity for such securities as having a length equal to such longest maturity, in all cases based upon data set forth in the most recent weekly statistical release published by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (currently in H.15 (519)); provided, however, if the most recent such statistical release shall not have been published during the 15 days preceding the date of computation, the foregoing computations shall be based upon the average of comparable data as quoted to the Trust by at least three recognized dealers in U.S. government securities selected by the Trust.
