SOFR Compounded Index definition
SOFR Compounded Index means the Compounded SOFR rate as published at 15:00 (New York time) by Federal Reserve Bank of New York (or a successor administrator of SOFR) on the website of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, or any successor source; and
SOFR Compounded Index means the Compounded Daily SOFR rate as published at 3.00 p.m. (New York time) by Federal Reserve Bank of New York (or a successor administrator of SOFR) on the website of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, or any successor source;
SOFR Compounded Index means the value of the index known as the SOFR Index as published at 3:00 pm (New York City time) by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (or a successor administrator of SOFR) on the website of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, or any successor source;
