Initial Index Price definition

Initial Index Price means the sum of each per share closing price of the common stock of each company comprising the Index Group multiplied by the applicable weighting, as such prices are reported on the consolidated transactions reporting system for the market or exchange on which such common stock is principally traded, on the trading day immediately preceding the public announcement of the Agreement.

Initial Index Price has the meaning set forth in Section 7.01(i).

Initial Index Price means the average of the closing prices of the Index for the ten (10) consecutive trading days immediately preceding the date of this Agreement.

• If a company is excluded from the list of Index Companies, then the Initial Index Price and the Final Index Price shall be calculated as if the excluded company had not originally been included in the list of companies.

More Definitions of Initial Index Price

Initial Index Price means the closing value of the Index on the date of this Agreement.

If Associated or any company belonging to the Index Group declares a stock dividend or effects a reclassification, recapitalization, split-up, combination, exchange of shares or similar transaction between the date of this Agreement, and the end of the Calculation Period, the closing prices for the common stock of such company shall be appropriately adjusted for the purposes of the definitions above so as to be comparable to the price on the date of this Agreement.

Initial Index Price means the closing value of the Index on the date immediately prior to the date of this Agreement.

Initial Index Price means the average of the closing prices of the Index for the ten (10) consecutive trading days immediately preceding the date of this Agreement. If FNB or any company belonging to the Index declares or effects a stock split, stock dividend, recapitalization, reclassification, or similar transaction with respect to the outstanding common stock, and the record date therefore shall be after the date of this Agreement and prior to the Determination Date, the prices for the common stock of such company shall be proportionately and appropriately adjusted for the purpose of applying this Section 8.1(h).

Initial Index Price means the average, rounded to the nearest one-tenth of a cent, of the closing prices of the Index for the same trading days used in calculating the Buyer Starting Price.

Initial Index Price means the closing value of the Index on the trading day ended two days preceding the execution of this Agreement.
