TSA Termination Date means, in relation to a TSA Employee, the date on which Seller or its relevant Affiliate ceases to provide such TSA Employee’s service pursuant to the Transition Services Agreement.

Related to TSA Termination Date

  • Initial Termination Date has the meaning set forth in Section 9.1(b)(i).
