TSA Committee definition

TSA Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.15(a).
TSA Committee has the meaning set forth in Section 3.5.

  • The Parties shall utilize the procedures set forth in Section 8.15(b) to resolve any matters as to which the TSA Committee is not able to reach a decision.

  • Notwithstanding the requirements of Section 8.10, any Routine Communication shall be delivered via e-mail (with confirmation of receipt requested and received) to the members of the TSA Committee appointed by the relevant Party or Parties.

  • The terms of reference of the TSA Committee shall be as set forth in Schedule 4.

  • No decision of the TSA Committee may be made without at least one (1) Transition Service Representative from each Party being present at a meeting.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the TSA Committee shall not have the right to amend this Agreement in any manner.

  • The TSA Committee shall be composed of at least two (2) representatives of each of US OPS and Purchaser and shall meet at least once per month during the term of this Agreement.

  • Sub-Committee means a committee of a committee created by the board.

  • Hearing Committee means the committee appointed pursuant to this Plan to hear a request for an evidentiary hearing that has been properly filed and pursued by a practitioner.

  • Nominating Committee means the nominating committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.

  • Management Committee means in the case of a Competition which is an unincorporated association, the management committee elected to manage the running of the Competition and where the Competition is incorporated it means the Board of Directors appointed in accordance with the articles of association of that company.

  • Party committee means any committee organized by or authorized by the

  • Compensation Committee means the Compensation Committee of the Board.

  • Audit Committee means the audit committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.

  • Advisory Committee means the Employer's Advisory Committee as from time to time constituted.
