Tooling Purchase Order definition

Tooling Purchase Order means a confirmed purchase order, letter of intent and related documentation entered into at arm's length between a Borrower and an account debtor pursuant to which such Borrower has agreed to manufacture and assemble tooling for Inventory to be produced by such Borrower for such account debtor.
Tooling Purchase Order means the Specific Contract Documents designated by a Toyota Party that collectively specify the terms of purchase for any Tooling.
Tooling Purchase Order is a document issued by Fortaco to the Supplier for the purchase of Typebound Tooling.

Related to Tooling Purchase Order

  • Purchase Order means the form or format a Customer uses to make a purchase under the Contract (e.g., a formal written purchase order, electronic purchase order, procurement card, contract or other authorized means).
