Examples of Typebound Tooling in a sentence

  • In addition, the following applies to Typebound Tooling owned by AǪW.

  • In the event that Typebound Tooling requires renewal, the Supplier shall notify AǪW thereof in due time.

  • Any obligation on, or liability or responsibility of, the Supplier that arises from the design of the Part or Typebound Tooling is reduced to the extent that the Supplier’s obligations under the GPC or any agreement between the Supplier and any AB Volvo Subsidiary do not include designing of the Part or Typebound Tooling.

  • Upon Fortaco’s request, all Typebound Tooling, drawings and other materials shall be returned to Fortaco with the Supplier´s expense.

  • Typebound Tooling that is the subject of intellectual property right(s) may furthermore not be copied without the consent of the owner of such intellectual property right(s).

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Typebound Tooling shall be owned by Fortaco.

  • An invoice related to Typebound Tooling ordered by AǪW shall not be issued until such Typebound Tooling has been approved by AǪW.
