Account Debtor definition

Account Debtor means any Person obligated on an Account.
Account Debtor means any Person who is or who may become obligated to any Grantor under, with respect to or on account of an Account.
Account Debtor is any “account debtor” as defined in the Code with such additions to such term as may hereafter be made.

Examples of Account Debtor in a sentence

  • If an Account Debtor returns any Inventory to a Loan Party when no Event of Default exists, then such Loan Party shall promptly determine the reason for such return and shall issue a credit memorandum to the Account Debtor in the appropriate amount.
