Account Debtor definition

Account Debtor means any Person obligated on an Account.
Account Debtor means any Person who is or who may become obligated to any Grantor under, with respect to or on account of an Account.
Account Debtor is any “account debtor” as defined in the Code with such additions to such term as may hereafter be made.

Examples of Account Debtor in a sentence

  • No Loan Party will accept returns of any Inventory from any Account Debtor except in the ordinary course of its business.

  • If any Grantor should refuse or neglect to notify any Account Debtor to forward payments in accordance with this Section 7.1 after notice from the Administrative Agent, the Administrative Agent shall, notwithstanding the language set forth in Section 6.2(b), be entitled to make such notification directly to such Account Debtor.

  • All collections and other amounts received by the Loan Parties from any Account Debtor, in addition to all other cash received by the Loan Parties from any other source, shall upon receipt be forwarded to the Lock Box in the form received or deposited into a Blocked Account.
