Tier 2 Executive definition

Tier 2 Executive means an Eligible Individual identified as a “Tier 2 Executive” in accordance with Exhibit A attached hereto.
Tier 2 Executive means an employee who is appointed as an officer of the Company by the President of the Company pursuant to the Company’s Bylaws and such other employee of the Company or any of its subsidiaries who is designated as a Tier 2 Executive by the Board or the Committee.
Tier 2 Executive means those officers of the Company or any of its subsidiaries who are designated as such by the Board or the Committee.

  • During the Period of Employment, Employee shall be entitled to annual incentive compensation as a Tier 2 Executive of Employer pursuant to the terms of the Management Incentive Plan, which has been approved by the Board of Directors of Employer to cover Employee and other key personnel of Employer, as well as other incentive plans that may be established by Employer and that are applicable to Employer’s executives of similar salary tier to Employee.

  • Tier 2 Executive Orders for hybrid conversion systems that achieve at least 35 miles AER expire as of January 1, 2030, and additional units of such systems may not be installed or sold after January 1, 2030.

  • Tier 2 Executive Orders for hybrid conversion systems that do not achieve at least 35 miles AER expire as of January 1, 2027, and additional units of such systems may not be installed or sold after January 1, 2027.

Tier 2 Executive means a Participant who has been designated as a Tier 2 Executive as specified in the Participant’s Participation
Tier 2 Executive means an employee of an Employer who is a “Chief”-level Officer, General Counsel, or Senior Vice President.
Tier 2 Executive means the President of Cross Country Education, LLC, the President of Cejka Search, Inc., the President of ClinForce, LLC, the President of Medical Doctor Associates, LLC, the Chief Nursing Officer of the Company, the Vice President of Human Resources Field of CCS and the Vice President of Operations of CCS.
Tier 2 Executive means an Eligible Individual identified in writing as a “Tier 2 Executive” by the Compensation Committee of the Board.
Tier 2 Executive means an Eligible Individual identified as a “Tier 2 Executive” in accordance with Exhibit A attachedhereto.
Tier 2 Executive means an executive who reports directly to the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, who is designated by the Company as a “Section 16 officer” or who is a member of the Company’s senior leadership team whose compensation is reviewed annually by the Compensation Committee, in each case as of the Termination Date or, if sooner, the day immediately prior to the closing of a Change in Control.
Tier 2 Executive means an employee of an Employer who is a senior executive and who reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
