  • Prior to the time fixed for the dismantlement and removal of the Equipment, Lessee shall remove all personal property installed or placed within the Equipment by Lessee or any other party, and upon dismantlement and removal, Lessor shall have no obligation to provide protection to such personal property of Lessee or third party, or to move, remove, or dismantle such personal property or to dispose of any rubbish or refuse on the Premises not directly attributable to the removal of the Lessor’s Equipment.

  • Lessee shall inspect the equipment upon accepting delivery using the Lessor’s Equipment Checklist.

  • Upon delivery of each Container to Lessee, the Lessee (or Lessee's agent) shall sign and return the Lessor’s Equipment Interchange Receipt (“EIR”) to the Lessor/or the Lessor’s representative.

Related to the Lessor’s Equipment

  • Contractor’s Equipment means all apparatus, machinery, vehicles and other things required for the execution and completion of the Works and the remedying of any defects. However, Contractor’s Equipment excludes Temporary Works, Employer’s Equipment (if any), Plant, Materials and any other things intended to form or forming part of the Equipment.

  • Customer Premises Equipment or "CPE" means equipment employed on the premises of a Person other than a Carrier to originate, route or terminate Telecommunications (e.g., a telephone, PBX, modem pool, etc.).

  • Distributor’s Equipment means the Fittings and Metering Equipment owned by the Distributor, the Distributor’s agent, or any other third party with whom the Distributor has contracted with for the use by the Distributor of the party’s Fittings or Metering Equipment that are from time to time installed in, over or on Consumer’s Premises;

  • Subleased Premises means such portions of the Leased Premises being particularly identified on Schedule B, which the parties agree, for the purposes of this Sublease and any square footage calculations pursuant hereto, is approximately 42,244 square feet of office (21,068 square feet on the third floor and 21,176 square feet on the seventh floor) and approximately 9.4312% of common space (building rentable area is 447,917 square feet).

  • Lessee means a person who acquires the right to possession and use of goods under a lease. Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the term includes a sublessee.

  • Rental Equipment means the equipment identified on the Service Agreement and Order Schedule or otherwise notified to you in writing that we will rent to you as part of our provision of the Services and which you will return to us after expiry or termination of the Agreement, subject to the provisions of this Agreement.

  • Sublessor means one who conveys real property by sublease."

  • Install means the complete installation of any item, equipment or material.

  • CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT means all appliances and equipment of whatsoever nature for the use in or for the execution, completion operation or maintenance of the work unless intended to form part of permanent work.

  • Personal Property shall have the meaning set forth in the granting clause of the Mortgage.

  • Customer Premises means premises owned, controlled or occupied by the Customer which are made available for use by the Supplier or its Sub-Contractors for provision of the Services (or any of them);

  • Alterations means all changes, additions, improvements or repairs to, all alterations, reconstructions, renewals, replacements or removals of and all substitutions or replacements for any of the Improvements or Equipment, both interior and exterior, structural and non-structural, and ordinary and extraordinary.
