Terminated Host Customer Solar Asset definition

Terminated Host Customer Solar Asset means a Host Customer Solar Asset for which the related PV System has experienced an Event of Loss and (i) is not repaired, restored, replaced or rebuilt to substantially the same condition as it existed immediately prior to the Event of Loss within 120 days of such Event of Loss or (ii) is deemed to be a Terminated Host Customer Solar Asset by the Manager in accordance with the Management Agreement.

Terminated Host Customer Solar Asset means a Host Customer Solar Asset for which the related PV System (i) has experienced an Event of Loss and is not repaired, restored, replaced or rebuilt to substantially the same condition as it existed immediately prior to the Event of Loss within 120 days of such Event of Loss or (ii) is deemed to be a Terminated Host Customer Solar Asset by the Transaction Manager in accordance with the Transaction Management Agreement. Terminated Host Customer Solar Asset means a Host Customer Solar Asset for which the related PV System and, if applicable, Energy Storage System (i) has experienced an Event of Loss and is not repaired, restored, replaced or rebuilt to substantially the same condition as it existed immediately prior to the Event of Loss within 180 days of such Event of Loss or (ii) is deemed to be a Terminated Host Customer Solar Asset by the Transaction Manager in accordance with the Transaction Management Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, if any event occurs prior to the Final Completion Deadline that results in a Pre-PTO Solar Asset being considered a Terminated Host Customer Solar Asset, such Solar Asset shall be treated as a Cancelled Solar Asset instead.

Related to Terminated Host Customer Solar Asset

  • End User Customer means a third party retail Customer that subscribes to a Telecommunications Service provided by either of the Parties or by another Carrier or by two (2) or more Carriers.

  • Customer Service Agreement shall have the meaning as defined in the Master Agreement. “ Customer User” means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Customer Agreement means a written agreement entered into between Provider and any Customer pursuant to which a Customer orders BPO Services from Provider.

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.

  • Network Customer means an entity receiving transmission service pursuant to the terms of the Transmission Provider’s Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III. Network External Designated Transmission Service:

  • End-Use Customer means a person or entity in Delaware that purchases electrical energy at retail prices from a Retail Electricity Supplier.

  • Retail customer means any person that purchases retail electric energy for its own consumption at

  • service supplier means any person that supplies a service;

  • Customer Site means the site owned or leased by the Customer or any other site used to provide the Service, which is directly connected to a PoP managed by Liquid Telecom, as set out in the COF;

  • Business Customer means a customer who is not a residential customer.

  • New Customer has the meaning set forth in Section 17.3(b).

  • End Customer means any party that is licensed to receive the Data either directly or via a Redistributor or group of Redistributors.

  • Interconnection Customer means a Generation Interconnection Customer and/or a Transmission Interconnection Customer.

  • Customer Affiliate means an entity that owns or controls, is owned or controlled by or is or under common control or ownership with Customer, where control is defined as the possession, directly or indirectly, of the power to direct or cause the direction of the management and policies of an entity, whether through ownership of voting securities, by contract or otherwise;

  • Interconnection Service Agreement means an agreement among the Transmission Provider, an Interconnection Customer and an Interconnected Transmission Owner regarding interconnection under Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI. List of Approved Contractors:

  • Supplier Agreement means this overarching agreement, consisting of these terms and conditions and any schedules to them, setting out the arrangements for management of the DPS, the process to apply when a Customer wishes to award Service Agreements via the DPS and the terms and conditions applicable to the carrying out of Service Agreements;
