Tentative Tract Map definition

Tentative Tract Map means a map: (i) showing a proposed subdivision of an Assessor’s Parcel(s) and the conditions pertaining thereto; (ii) that may or may not be based on a detailed survey; and (iii) that is not recorded by the County to create legal lots.
Tentative Tract Map means the division of land into five (5) or more parcels that do not meet the criteria to qualify as a tentative parcel map.

  • The Tentative Tract Map shall remain valid for the term of this agreement and expire coterminous with this agreement if not exercised.
