Vesting Tentative Map means a “tentative map” for a residential subdivision, as defined in this chapter, which shall have printed conspicuously on its face the words “Vesting Tentative Map” at the time it is filed in accordance with Section 8-

Vesting Tentative Map has the meaning set forth in Recital D.6.

More Definitions of Vesting Tentative Map

Vesting Tentative Map shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.4.

Vesting Tentative Map means a tentative map which shall have printed conspicuously on its face the words “vesting tentative map” at the time it is filed, in accordance with this Title, and Section 66452 of the Government Code and is thereafter processed in accordance with these provisions and the Subdivision Map Act.

Vesting Tentative Map means a special form of a tentative map, filed pursuant to Chapter 4.5 of the Subdivision Map Act, which confers certain vested rights, for a specified period of time, to proceed with development in substantial compliance with the ordinances, policies and standards in effect at the time the vesting map is approved or conditionally approved.

Vesting Tentative Map means a map which meets the requirements for a tentative map and the other requirements that are set forth in this title and the Subdivision Map Act, and which will provide certain statutorily vested rights to the subdivider. A vesting map gives subdividers who obtain approval of said map a statutory right to proceed with development in substantial compliance with the local ordinances, policies, and standards in effect at the time the map application is found complete.

Vesting Tentative Map means a map which meets the requirements of a tentative map as described in Section 17.08.560 of this Code and Government Code Section 66498.1. and has conspicuously printed on its face the words "vesting tentative map."

Vesting Tentative Map means a "tentative map" or "tentative parcel map" for a residential subdivision as defined in this title, and shall have printed conspicuously on its face the words "Vesting Tentative Map" at the time it is filed in accordance with Section 16.10.050 and processed in accordance with the applicable provision of this title and California State law.
