Examples of Tenant’s Agents in a sentence
Tenant shall comply with the provisions of Section 7.3 of the Lease with regard to the selection and use of any Tenant’s Agents.
Tenant will cause Tenant’s Agents to conform and comply with this Lease.
All insurance, except Workers’ Compensation, maintained by Tenant’s Agents shall preclude subrogation claims by the insurer against anyone insured thereunder.
Landlord shall not be liable in any manner, and Tenant hereby waives any claims, for any inconvenience, disturbance, loss of business, nuisance or other damage arising out of Landlord's entry onto the Premises, except damage resulting directly and exclusively from the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Landlord or Landlord’s Agents and not contributed to by the acts, omissions or negligence of Tenant, Tenant’s Agents or Tenant’s Invitees.
All of Tenant’s Agents shall carry worker’s compensation insurance covering all of their respective employees, and shall also carry public liability insurance, including property damage, all with limits, in form and with companies as are required to be carried by Tenant as set forth in the Lease.
