Tenant Surcharge for Proprietary Equipment means that amount to be paid by Air Transportation Company(ies) as may be as determined by City from time to time, for the use of Proprietary Equipment, for which the Air Transportation Company(ies) would otherwise be responsible for providing at its (their) own expense for its (their) use.
