Airline agrees that it will, at its own expense, furnish, decorate, insure and provide necessary specialized furnishings and Airline Equipment for its own Airline operations at all areas of the Airline’s Allocated Premises, to the extent that such furnishings and equipment are not otherwise provided by City for use by Airline as Proprietary Equipment, as set forth in this Rates and Charges Regulation.
The Leased Proprietary Equipment shall not be transferred or sublet by the Operator to any other person, firm or corporation, the Operator shall not permit any other person, firm, or corporation to use the Leased Proprietary Equipment, and this agreement may not be assigned by the Operator either by its own act or by operation of law.

Proprietary: Equipment and/or software that is exclusive, patented, trademarked, copyrighted, to prevent or preclude other capable companies in the security equipment trade from continuing service, repair, upgrades or additions into the system.
Accordingly, DRI agrees that all proprietary equipment shall be sold subject to the Proprietary Equipment Repurchase provisions of the Equipment Sales Agreement.
