Proprietary Equipment definition

Proprietary Equipment means equipment designed and/or distributed by a gaming supplier for a specific purpose or use in connection with an ERS.
Proprietary Equipment means the constituent, integral, and inseparable parts of the TCS-1 System specified in Schedule 1.8 hereto.
Proprietary Equipment means those moveable or permanent fixtures, furniture and equipment located on or affixed to Airline’s Allocated Premises, or elsewhere at the Airport, purchased and/or constructed at the cost and expense of City which are made available for use by Airline and subject to the Surcharge for Proprietary Equipment, if any, as set forth in a separate written agreement between City and Airline.

  • Airline agrees that it will, at its own expense, furnish, decorate, insure and provide necessary specialized furnishings and Airline Equipment for its own Airline operations at all areas of the Airline’s Allocated Premises, to the extent that such furnishings and equipment are not otherwise provided by City for use by Airline as Proprietary Equipment, as set forth in this Rates and Charges Regulation.

  • The Leased Proprietary Equipment shall not be transferred or sublet by the Operator to any other person, firm or corporation, the Operator shall not permit any other person, firm, or corporation to use the Leased Proprietary Equipment, and this agreement may not be assigned by the Operator either by its own act or by operation of law.

Proprietary Equipment means any existing or future equipment one hundred percent (100%) owned by Infineum;
Proprietary Equipment means one or several pieces of equipment developed during the Work which a licensee of the Process or the Intermediate Process needs to purchase from Axens as mandatory supplier. A list of Proprietary Equipment will be approved by Steering Committee.
