Telecoms Maintenance definition

Telecoms Maintenance telecom maintenance services, being remote and onsite support services, supplied to the Customer by the Supplier as set out in an Order Form.
Telecoms Maintenance means the carrying out of all maintenance activities for any Telecoms which constitute CVL Assets except for Telecoms Renewals:

Examples of Telecoms Maintenance in a sentence

  • Location: the location of the Maintained Equipment at the Customer's premises as specified in the Telecoms Maintenance & Support Agreement, or any other location as may be agreed by the parties in writing from time to time.

  • Initial Period: the period of time as identified on the Telecoms Maintenance & Support Agreement under heading Duration of Support (Initial Period) commencing on the Commencement Date.

  • GSM-R equipment remained the responsibility of the project until it is taken into service with the agreement of the local Telecoms Maintenance Engineer (TME), now network management, faulting and maintenance activities are provided by Network Rail Telecommunications (NRT).

  • Planned Maintenance means any Maintenance BT has planned to do in advance.

  • Routine maintenance means activities to keep an impervious surface as near as possible to its constructed condition. This includes ordinary maintenance activities, resurfacing paved areas, and exterior building changes or improvements which do not materially increase or concentrate stormwater runoff, or cause additional nonpoint source pollution.

  • Software Maintenance means the process of modifying software after delivery to correct faults, improve performance or other attributes, or adapt to a changed environment. (Reference ISO/IEC 14764:2006, as amended or superseded.) Software maintenance does not include any customization or configuration.

  • Operations and maintenance means a project delivery method in which the District enters into a single contract for the routine operation, routine repair, and routine maintenance of an infrastructure facility.

  • Preventive Maintenance means that maintenance, performed on a scheduled basis by the Contractor, which is designed to keep the Equipment in proper operating condition.

  • Maintenance Adder means an adder that may be included to account for variable operation and maintenance expenses in a Market Seller’s Fuel Cost Policy. The Maintenance Adder is calculated in accordance with the applicable provisions of PJM Manual 15, and may only include expenses incurred as a result of electric production.

  • Operation and Maintenance Expenses or ‘O&M expenses' means the expenditure incurred on operation and maintenance of the project, or part thereof, and includes the expenditure on manpower, repairs, spares, consumables, insurance and overheads;

  • Emergency Maintenance means all maintenance performed when a Cloud Service Request demands immediate, unplanned attention, as reasonably determined by Hexagon.

  • Preventative Maintenance means the routine, customary or regular course of procedure related to the care or upkeep of an existing Department facility or system, which may also include inspection services provided as part of a preventative maintenance program. Preventive maintenance is conducted to keep equipment working and/or extend the life of the equipment.

  • Support and Maintenance Services means the support and maintenance services described in Section 1 of these Support Terms.

  • Maintenance Services means SAP’s then-current maintenance and/or support services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Electricity Services means the services associated with the provision of electricity to a person, including the exchange of electric energy, making financial arrangements to manage financial risk associated with the pool price, Distribution Access Service, system access service, ancillary services, billing, metering, performing load settlement and any other services specified in regulations made under the Act;

  • Scheduled Maintenance means routine maintenance scheduled by Orange to implement generic changes to, or updates of, the Orange Services or the Orange Network.

  • Utility Services means physical plant including but not limited to pipes, valves, conduits, cables, terminals, transformers, etc. owned and operated by communications, television, hydro, gas and oil companies or any other utility companies.

  • Generator Maintenance Outage means the scheduled removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit in order to perform necessary repairs on specific components of the facility, if removal of the facility meets the guidelines specified in the PJM Manuals.
