Target Long-Term Incentive definition

Target Long-Term Incentive means the Participant’s target long-term incentive award, if any, under the applicable long-term incentive compensation plan of the Company.
Target Long-Term Incentive means the dollar amount which is equal to a percentage of the Participant’s Annual Base Salary as set forth in the Participant’s Award Notice.

Examples of Target Long-Term Incentive in a sentence

  • Any material reduction in the Participant’s Annual Base Salary, Target Bonus or Target Long-Term Incentive, other than reductions pursuant to a broad-based compensation reduction program or policy affecting the Participant and all similarly situated employees of the Employer.

  • Exhibit A hereto shows by Salary Grade the Target Long-Term Incentive Award as a percentage of base salary and the percentage of Performance Shares determined by Salary Grade.

  • The Equity Incentive Award deliverable to the Executive upon the Company attaining the target Company and individual performance established by the Board and the Direct Supervisor at the commencement of each calendar year shall be the Target Long-Term Incentive Compensation Percentage of the Executive’s Base Salary as of the immediately preceding December 31st.

  • Annual Target Long-Term Incentive Opportunity Long-term incentive awards are discretionary.

  • Effective following the Closing, your Base Salary will be $675,305, your Annual Target Bonus will be $405,183.60 and your annual target long-term incentive award will be $3,000,000 (the “Annual Target Long-Term Incentive Award”).

  • In the event the Executive’s employment is terminated as a result of Disability, the Executive shall be entitled to receive his Salary and medical and dental benefits for a period of the lesser of six (6) months or the unexpired portion of the Term, plus an amount equal to fifty percent (50%) of Target Annual Incentive and Target Long-Term Incentive for the year of Disability, reduced by any payments received by the Executive under the Company’s executive long-term disability plan.
